Additionally, Alumni Hub processes transcriptions that may contain Personal Information to refine and improve transcription accuracy. Manual review of specific audio recordings is conducted solely upon obtaining explicit consent from the user (e.g., when a user provides transcript quality feedback and expressly authorizes Alumni Hub and its third-party service providers to access the conversation for training and product enhancement purposes).

Where a user initiates contact with Alumni Hub, the Company processes the user’s contact information for the purpose of responding to inquiries, addressing technical issues, and otherwise supporting the user's engagement with the Services.
